Following on from the launch colourway currently worn on pitch by leading PUMA evoSPEED players including Sergio Aguero and Marco Reus, the "True Blue" update won't take over as the on-pitch flag flyer for the brand but will offer players a different option when it comes to mixing up aesthetics. That strong level of blue a nailed on crowd-pleaser for players who like a smart all in one boot/kit combination.
As we mentioned when PUMA launched the evoSPEED 17.SL, there are only a handful of noticeable changes in technologies in comparison to the previous generation boot. Support balance is added on the forefoot area running along the toe box, and further support is present on the heel where an additional PUMA Cat logo lurks. A 'SpeedFrame' call out underneath the FormStripe completes the refresh on a boot that does have somewhat of a sleeker overall vibe. At 120g, it's as light as they come. The lightest of the collection that also includes a leather and SL-S version.
