Training Ground Questions with Adam Lallana - Football News

Carrying on from their 'Masterclass' series of videos, PUMA have released a training ground interview with Southampton skipper Adam Lallana. The Saints man tells us why he loves his evoSPEED boots and how Santi Carzola gave him a technical masterclass when Arsenal beat Southamton 6-1 last season. 

Lallana, who has captained Southamton since their return to the Premiership last season, is a fan of the evoSPEED silo which suits his game perfectly. "They're very light, for an agile player it's good to move off either side and you just feel you have that extra bit of speed wearing them."





PUMA recently launched a series of 'masterclass' videos that featured Lallana sharing tips on how to run into space and create those vital couple of extra yards. Lallana pushes away the defender before making his run to buy himself more time and space to open up and plan his attack on goal.
