Check out our full and exclusive reveal of the new Black/White/Fluo Orange Puma PowerCat football boots ...
After the recent eccentric Tokyo PowerCat boots Puma have gone back to the drawing board to create the new color-update with a classic black, old school feel, featuring a vibrant orange twist, whilst retaining all their uniquely modernised technologies which have been incorporated throughout the 1.10 range.
Puma continue to use their new anatomically shaped PowerLast, which improves fit by following the foot’s natural contours. The supersoft premium Kangaroo leather upper is a natural material, specifically designed to harness the foot and increase comfort, fit and ball feel.
The standout feature on the Puma Powercat 1.10 soccer cleats is the Puma 3D power shooting technology, engineered to increase shot power, ball control, touch and feel. The off-centred lacing system creates a smooth, increased striking surface.
The external TPU injected heel counter is lightweight and hugs the heel of the foot, offering optimum support and stability when manoeuvring at speed and striking the ball. Most importantly this piece of technology protects the foot, demonstrating the reliability of the boot. The out-sole creates maximum traction increasing the agility of the player by ensuring smooth ground penetration and pressure distribution.
The new Black/White/Fluo Orange PowerCat carries a tougher and meaner design than the preceding White/Black/Orange creation. The strength and power associated with the 1.10 range epitomises Nemanja Vidic and the ball striking and manoeuvrability technology is clearly appealing to professionals, proven by the PowerCat's impressive player uptake.
With the Puma PowerCat 1.10 taking it's place in an exceedingly competitive market, we're intrigued to see if this new color-way will hold its own amongst the leading boots and be a hit in Europe's top leagues next season.
The new Black/White/Fluo Orange Puma PowerCat 1.10 football boots are available to pre-order from June 25th for an early July release and are expected to hit the market for around £130 GBP / $210 USD / €155 EUR.
