The new Puma v.11 SL football boots continue in a comfortable second place in the speed race, behind the super-light 145g F50 adiZero Prime. One of the original innovators of super-lightweight design, the new Puma v1.11 SL soccer shoes are still a remarkable achievement in lightweight football boot construction.
The new Puma v1.11 SL soccer shoes come fully equipped with a super-soft and ultra-thin microfibre synthetic upper that features new unique padded zones for improved ball contact. The extremely soft upper material is great for comfort and ball feel, while providing slightly more protection than the v1.10 SL.
The giant Puma cat has been re-designed to offer a bolder look on the new Puma v1.11 SL football boots. Designed in an imposing blue and black, Puma's iconic logo casts a striking figure on the inside of the boot. The Puma Football logo, that previously featured along side the Puma Cat on the v1.10 SL, has been removed from the inside of the boot.
The Puma SL's unique outsole remains the same on the Puma v1.11 SL football boots. The old v1.10 SL tongue that previously featured a lightweight mesh design, has been modified for the new v1.11 SL. The same ultra-thin microfibre upper continues through the new perforated tongue that aids breathability. The newly designed lacing system now runs through both the inside and outside of the boot to give a more secure fit and feel.
The external heel counter on the Puma v1.11 has been shaped and bonded to further enhance stability and support. The Carbon Fibre insert in the Puma v1.11 SL soccer shoes enhances player movement through reactivity, flexibility and mid-foot stability.
