Puma have released a new colourway of their v-Konstrukt III football boots. Expected out at the end of the month to coincide with their on-pitch debut, potentially by Manchester United's Nemanja Vidic.
The Puma v-Konstrukt III football boots are one of the most interesting football boots on the market, their construction is unique and visually striking.
One of the heavier football boots available the v-Konstrukt III weighs in at around 330g. However, this is because they are designed for power, comfort and protection, which is why they are a popular choice amongst defenders and goalkeepers.
The upper is made up from a variety of natural and synthetic materials. With a ribbed and raised striking area a real feature that combines with full grain leather in the forefoot area, and a rubberised heel offering additional protection with Puma's external heel cage.
The heel area is where a lot of Puma's technology is implemented in the v-Konstrukt III football boots, with hexagonal duoCELL's offering additional comfort and shock absorbing. To be honest, when you put these boots on there is very little movement from the heel and sides, your feet are definitely protected and stable, but this lack of movement is a personal choice.
Available in both firm and soft ground sole plates, the Puma v-Konstrukt III white, dark navy and royal blue football boots are expected to retail for around £100, and are definitely one of Puma's most innovative football boots to date.
