The penultimate Global Boot Spotting of 2015 brings more blackout treats and custom colourways as football takes a short break for Christmas.

Shinji Okazaki (Leicester City) Mizuno Basara 101

Leicester City, bottom at Christmas 2014 will be top of the Premier League on Christmas Day 2015. Shinji Okazaki laced up in the new leather Basara 101 to score the winner against Everton on Saturday at Goodison Park to ensure an unbelievable achievement for the Foxes.

Atdhe Nuhiu (Sheffield Wednesday) Nike Mercurial Superfly IV

Sheffield Wednesday sit on the verge of the Championship Play-Off places going into Christmas after a recent defeat to MK Dons and a victory over Wolves. The Owls' big frontman Atdhe Nuhiu was the pick of the boot spotting from the blue half of the Steel City wearing a custom Black/Orange Superfly IV.

Paul Pogba (Juventus) adidas

Paul Pogba obviously likes what he's seen with the new adidas concept. The Juventus man has remained in the new laceless boot which is set to land in early 2016 and is currently wearing a complete black-out edition of the revolutionary boot as adidas keep details under wraps until the highly anticipated launch.

Jonathan dos Santos (Villarreal) adidas ACE 15.1

Jonathan dos Santos has removed the three stripes from his leather editions of the adidas ACE 15.1 boots to give his footwear a distinct appearance. That fact that his boots are also blacked out probably points to the Villarreal man being a free agent in the endorsement market.

Husain Hakim (Kuwait) Nike Tiempo Legend V

Husain Hakim was in action wearing the Tech Craft 'Volt/Canvas' Nike Tiempo Legend V during the ceremonial football match between the Kuwait all-stars team and Football Champions Tour Legends. The Tech Craft Pack has been given very minimal on-pitch support but was in good company this week as Hakim took on the likes of Roberto Carlos, David Beckham and Alessandro Del Piero.

Emily Condon (Adelaide United) New Balance Visaro

Emily Condon was sporting a more official pair of blackouts this week as the Adelaide United player slipped into the "Black/White" edition of the New Balance Visaro silo. It's been a strong breakthrough year for New Balance and the Visaro has established the brand as a key competitor on the market.

Nicky Adams (Northampton Town) adidas X 15.1

Nicky Adams was reppin' one of the lesser-spotted adidas X 15.1 colourways this weekend in the form of the "White/Solar Blue/Core Black" edition. The tidy paint job wasn't supplied to adidas' pool of Chaos players but was a hit amongst non-contracted players across the Football League.

Neymar (Barcelona) Nike Mercurial Vapor X

Nike are still trying to keep Neymar as the face of the Hypervenom silo even though the Barcelona star has been wearing a disguised version of the boot for some weeks now. The latest 'Liquid Chrome' edition has been wrapped around the Mercurial Vapor X, however the Hypervenom's Flywire is present as Nike refuse to let the Brazilian join the Mercurial line-up.

Sho Sasaki (Hiroshima) Under Armour Clutchfit

The latest generation Under Armour Clutchfit has received many plaudits since its launch last month but Sho Sasaki has remained in the previous edition of the boot and was in action wearing them at the FIFA Club World Cup Semi Final against River Plate.

Masato Matsuzaki (Hiroshima) Nike Tiempo Legend V

Masato Matsuzaki was representing the same club as Sasaki this week albeit at Under 15 level against Tokyo FC in the Prince Takamado Trophy All Japan Youth Championship. The Hiroshima youngster has created a custom edition of the Nike Tiempo Legend V to match with his club colours. Clean.
