On the back of a busy week of international fixtures we recap the past seven days picking out the boots that caught our eye, from limited editions to new colourways, to the odd throwback.

Timofei Margasov takes the title of best boot/kit combo of the week by pairing up his Rostov colours with the "Blue/Yellow" Mizuno Morelia Neo edition. Ultimate visual satisfaction, we bet his house is immaculate, his bed sheets perfectly folded and his dog exquisitely groomed.
The Under Armour Speedform Leather in all black is one of the hottest old-school looking boots of the season for us. All of the brand's unique technology wrapped in a dark blanket of traditional style and Bristol's Sophie Ingle knows it. It's a big year for Under Armour in the football industry and they've started strong.
Chief Executive of the Scruffy-Low-Sock-Corporation TM Alexander Hleb was at it again at the weekend but his saggy socks were saved by one of the best boot choices of the weekend - the PUMA V1.06 in all black leather, a beauty at over ten years old but his socks are the sort of things Timofei Margasov has nightmares over.
Uros Djurdjevic was on the scoresheet for Palermo at the weekend wearing his custom X 15.1 boots. Mixing things up with a "Blue/Volt" combo Djurdjevic has added his own take to the adidas Football Revolution in a paint job that takes a pinch of both current on-pitch colourways.
Another custom colourway but this time from the Ladies' game as Kylie Davies went for a bold three-tone Nike Tiempo design at the weekend. With a kit/boot combo obviously not in mind Davies' boots would no doubt be popular release for players wearing red kits. Safe but stylish.
Philippines' Phil Younghusband gave us a rare sighting of the adidas ACE 15.1 'Eskolaite Pack' this week. Launched alongside an X 15.1 version the collection was drenched in a covering of chrome for a distinct on-pitch presence or if you want to get all Science on us then Eskolaite is an uncommon Chromium Oxide mineral. Boom, there's your C in GCSE Science.
