'Diego Cafe' by Nueve : Art and Illustration : Soccer Bible

A little peckish? This Maradona inspired cafe doesn't half wet the appetite.

Created by Spanish design and consultancy studio Nueve, this brand identity equipped with packaging and bespoke typography should, in their words, 'evoke the atmosphere of the Argentinian La Boca quarter.'

It's bright, energetic and full of punch. Simply named 'Diego Cafe' - vibrant minimalism.



Without knowing what's on the menu, it already looks like the kind of place we'd like to spend some time. Inspired by one of the greatest players and characters to have graced turf across the globe, it's a fitting tribute.
