Mitre have re-released their classic footballs, incorporating modern design and technology so they can perform to the rigours of the modern game. The iconic Mitre footballs have been at the heart of some truly memorable matches, and these limited edition releases are a great way to get your hands on a bit of football nostalgia.

Mitre Marksmen
The Mitre Marksmen has the look of
the original 1970's Mitre leather football with a laced closure on top
for true authenticity. The ball looks completely retro and is
reminiscent of that great period in football when England were the
World champions!
Despite the old styling, the Marksmen is made from a high durability non woven PU that can be used for training or matches on both grass and astroturf, and is fitted with a high air retention bladder.

Mitre Monde 1000
This 1990’s inspired ball has the
legendary Delta 1000 graphics, and is one that most of us will be
familiar with. This ball is manufactured to the same specification as
the current Mitre Monde football, to deliver up to the minute
technology with classic design.
The Monde 1000 is a lively match ball with a soft feel PU outer and a 4 way lining system, together making a powerful combination. Approved to FIFA Inspects
standards, the Monde 1000 can be used at all levels of the game.

Mitre Ultimatch 1000
In 1992 the Ultimatch became the official ball for the Premier League, and was the first Professional League synthetic football, making leather balls a thing of the past. Also featuring the legendary Delta 1000
graphics, the Ultimatch is manufactured to the same specification as the current
Mitre Ultimatch, to deliver up to the minute technology with a classic
design.
The Ultimatch has earned its 'most popular' match ball title over many years of delivering excellent feel and reliability. The non woven PU Outer allows for play on Grass or astro turf.

Mitre Delta 1000
The Mitre Delta 1000 became the official ball of the Football League, Football Association and the Scottish Football League in 1986. This meant that all UK Cup, League and International fixtures played at home were played using a Mitre ball, which has never been repeated since. The Mitre Delta was also the ball used during the 1990's by the popular table top game Subbuteo!
