Nike MercurialX Proximo "Bright Crimson/Black" : Football Boots : Soccer Bible

The MercurialX Proximo is suited up in "Bright Crimson" as Nike turn up the "Intense Heat" on their new FootballX collection. The Superfly IV is modified for the demands of street football and wrapped in a matching on-pitch colour up as they shake up their futsal series.

Nike are taking the small-sided game more seriously than ever and the elite-level FootballX collection confirms that. For years players who play on the streets rather than the pitch have had to settle for take-down editions of their favourite boots but Nike plan to put an end to that with the FootballX series. The new MercurialX takes the "Bright Crimson" from the "Intense Heat" Superfly IV and replaces the "Persian Violet" Swoosh with a graphic print that ties the FootballX collection together.



The MercurialX Turf and Indoor soles aren't the only features that differ to the Superfly IV, a number design elements unique to the small-sided game have been introduced. A low-profile Phylon cushioning is used for increased comfort and areas vulnerable to  abrasion and drag are protected with Nike Grind rubber.
