Nike Unveil Celtic 2014/15 Third Kit : Football Apparel : Soccer Bible

Nike have revealed a bold new mostly white Celtic third kit for 2104/15. The Scottish champions played in a white shirt for their first ever game in May 1888, and this new third shirt pays homage to the club鈥檚 founders and its past.

The shirt boasts a green, white and gold band across the chest, an interpretation of the Irish tricolor, to celebrate the club’s origins, having been founded in 1887 by Irish Marist priest Brother Walfrid. The shirt also features a constructed V-neck collar with a gold band inside the neck, and green cuffs on the sleeves.

Inside the back of the neck is a green and white pennant tab reflecting Celtic’s famous hoops from their home shirt with the statement "A club like no other." The new third shorts are white with a thin green stripe along each side, while the socks are white with a green band at the top, and a wide tonal stripe of chevrons on the back.
