Three weeks into the football season and the kit launches are still coming with Everton revealing their new Nike third shirt. A safe alternative strip for The Toffee's to wear on their league and cup travels throughout 2013/14.
Nike have used the same template as Everton's 13/14 away shirt but swapped the yellow base for white and used a darker shade of blue on the chest and shoulders. Perhaps they've realised that their away kit is little bit too blue to play against teams wearing the same colour, although they're still reluctant to move completely away from the colour.
The shorts are navy and the socks are predominately white with a navy trim. The controversial new Everton badge features on the shirt with some Toffee's still struggling to accept the change. Martinez's men have kicked off the season steadily with three draws from three games, unbeaten or winless depending on whether you're a blue or a red.
Evertonian's got their first glimpse of the new third shirt when Martinez presented the signing of former (please) England midfielder Gareth Barry on transfer deadline day from Man City. They may have lost Fellaini but keeping hold of Baines and adding Chelsea's Lukaku results in a tidy squad to begin their new era at Goodison Park.
