Nike Kit Neymar Out For Camp Nou Debut - Football News

Tonight Barcelona's big summer signing will make his much anticipated debut at Camp Nou. The game may just be a friendly but considering the hype that has surrounded his transfer to La Liga, it will be one of huge significance. Add the fact it's against his old team Santos into the mix and you've got the makings of an electric atmosphere and some great friday night football.

Alongside Neymar, three key Nike products are also making their on-field debut at the home of the Spanish Champions. In tonight's match, Neymar will be wearing his Nike Hypervenom boots bespoke with a special edition boot bag, the new Nike Incyte La Liga match ball will be used and Barcelona will don their new home kit.



As you know, Neymar was a big part of Nike's launch of the HyperVenom earlier this year and also played a key part in its development. The 21 year old, who was officially ranked the no.1 most marketable athlete in the world earlier this year, is a huge asset for both Barcelona and for Nike and they'll be looking for some big performances from him, not just tonight but throughout the season.



To mark his Nou Camp debut, Nike sent Neymar a special leather boot bag featuring a laser pattern inspired by the upper of the Hypervenom boot. The Hypervenom skull motif is hand-cut and stitched in Hypervenom orange to contrast against the black leather, and a small side compartment makes room for his personal items.
