Here is the next installment for the brand new Nike T90 Laser III football boots, the kangaroo leather White/Obsidian/Gold colourway, a more subtle release for these innovative new football boots.
The launch of the new Nike T90 Laser III's caused quite a stir and a heated debate in the world of football boots. The striking Electric Green colourway seemed to divide some T90 Laser fans, and may have distracted form the quality of the boot, because underneath all the aesthetics is a football boot designed to perform and deliver a ball where and how you want it!
The great thing about these new kangaroo leather Nike T90 Laser III football boots is that they only weigh 328grams, which is a reduction of 28grams from the K leather Laser II's. Good news for the likes of Fernando Torres and Patrice Evra who prefer to wear a kangaroo leather boot.
Nike's Total 90 boots range has become famous for delivering the ball
with accuracy, and over the years Nike have been perfecting their
ShotShield to achieve this performance. Over the years the ShotShield
has evolved and the Laser III version is the most unique to date.
To ensure the Nike T90 Laser III football boots provide power, swerve and accuracy the ShotShield has been divide into two zones. The first zone maintains an even pressure on the ball at impact for accuracy, which is through the five flat longitudinal and flexible Instep Pods.
The second zone creates friction and increased ball spin for shooting and passing. This comes from a number of strategically angled and raised Fins, with each fin positioned at a different angle and a different height (0-3mm) to control the swerve of the ball.
The kangaroo leather of the Nike T90 Laser 3's give excellent touch and feel for the ball on the toe and outer area of the boots, which improves ball control and assists dribbling. The leather is further complimented by shape correction foam, strategically placed to help even out the bone structure of the foot for better kicking accuracy.
The Nike T90 Laser III football boots have a lightweight TPU outsole, with the studs positioned to give the structural reinforcement and traction you need on all playing surfaces. And the redesigned heel counter provides external Lateral Support to lock the heel, but also help the planting foot to stabilise when kicking the ball, and is finished with an enlarged T90 logo.
Comfort and fit comes from the Moulded Sockliner with Poron inserts incorporated for extra cushioning, and the surface texture of the sockliner and boot collar has been updated for optimal stickiness, to protect your foot from slippage and rubbing.
Some fans of the Nike T90 Laser football boots may approve of this more toned down colourway, but whatever the colourway there is no denying the development and innovation that has gone into creating the Total 90 Laser III football boots. We're expecting the second installment of these performance football boots to go on pre-order from 2nd January and should be released early February for around £130 GBP.
