New Balance launch 15/16 LFC Kit at Anfield : Football Apparel : Soccer Bible

New Balance took over Anfield this afternoon to premiere their first ever Liverpool replica home strip to be worn throughout the 2015/16 season. Bringing the fans as close to the reveal as possible New Balance roped in a quartet of Reds players to walk out at Anfield and streamed the whole launch live.

Martin Skrtel, Raheem Sterling, Daniel Sturridge and Simon Mignolet were unveiled, all kitted up in the new Reds strip in front of the Centenary Stand full of expectant Liverpool fans in L4. The post-Gerrard era wil begin with the New Balance logo opposite the famous Liverbird crest as the brand build on the succes of their entrance into the market with a crisp design.


Inspired by the scarves and glags that domiate the Kop on matchday the shirt features a chequerboard jacquard and a tidy integrated collar with a hint of orange. The debut New Balance Liverpool home kit is finished off with a fitting tribute to the 96 on the rear and corresponding shorts and socks.
