Lotto have been impressing us recently with their new boots for 2012/13, but rather than rest on their laurels the Italian brand have released this classy new colourway to the Fuerzapura range. Take a look at our exclusive photography of the new White/Silver Lotto Fuerzapura III 100 football boots, a fusion of synthetic and natural materials...
With a unique style and a soft comfortable K-Leather upper, the Fuerzapura series has made giant strides since first being launched in 2010. The boots feature a well balanced combination of technology and traditional boot design. With a higher concentration on quality leather, the boot has made its way onto the European scene with performances notably coming from Serie A.
Fuerzapura translates as 'pure force', and whilst there might be a certain robustness about the outsole and boot construction, we're thinking this third generation of the Fuerzapura football boots focuses more on comfort, ball touch and feel. Gone are the days of the synthetic upper from the Fuerzapura I, which was radically overhauled to now feature a comfortable water-resistant K leather upper, reminiscent of some of the classic Italian Lotto boots famous for great comfort and feel.
The stand-out feature from the previous Lotto Fuerzapura 100 football boots were the panels stitched to the sides of the boots, and incorporated into the lacing system. These return for the third incarnation but in a more subtle manner, but still definitely offer a wrapping and supporting feel with the additional material cradling the foot when laces-tightened.
Visibly you can see how soft and supple the leather upper is, especially around the toe area (just check out the picture above) to offer fantastic ball touch and feel. Crafted leather uppers are something Italian brands pride themselves on, and Lotto have done their nation proud with the Fuerzapura III football boots, even more so when you consider the leather is coloured.
The Lotto Fuerzapura III can attribute it's 'pure force' to the unique outsole packed with innovative technologies (, again check out the image above). A lot of tech advancements can be found in the outsole, with Lotto introducing their heel control built-in to ensure correct heel support and control, while the boots also incorporate the ReActive Arch, all to compliment a conical stud configuration.
The Lotto Fuerzapura III's ReActive Arch technology is a concave shaped sole providing cushioning, stability and reactivity, to flex and move in unison with the natural movement of the transverse arch. As a further performance benefit, the ridges on the upper part of the Fuerzapura insole provide arch massage, to aid circulation and the absorption of lactic acid.
The new White/Silver Lotto Fuerzapura III 100 football boots are another classy addition to the Lotto collection. Lotto are seemingly upping their game for the 2012/13 season, and with the boots available to pre-order now ahead of being released on August 1st, a pair of the new Fuerzapura III's is expected to set you back around £110 GBP / $145 USD / €130 EURO.
