The return of the Champions League last week may not have gone to plan for the home sides, but adidas are giving you the chance to have some success at home thanks to the return of its Gameday Plus platform.
Launched in September in partnership with Pep Guardiola, Gameday Plus offers a unique second screen viewing experience for those big Champions League games. Providing exclusive player access alongside in game stats and tweets, Gameday Plus really enhances the Champions League viewing experience.
It also brings the chance to prove your footballing knowledge and win yourself some money can’t buy prizes. During the knockout stages adidas gave away 18 pairs of tickets. Real Madrid, Chelsea, Milan and Bayern are all involved with Gameday Plus and a lucky group of winners got to be a part of the ultimate Champions League experience.
After being flown out to the city of their chosen club, the Gameday Plus group stage winners were presented with the latest adidas equipment which they would get to put to good use at an exclusive training session at the club training ground. The winners in Milan even got to meet up with Kaka and Montolivo for the chance to grab an autograph and take that ultimate Champions League selfie.
Each winner was then invited to the stadium as a guest of adidas to experience the Champions League first hand. To see exactly what the winners got up to check out the latest video (top) from adidas recapping the winners experiences.
There are still plenty of chances to win in the coming months, including the grand prize, a trip to the Champions League Final in Lisbon. As well as the UCL Final experience there is also the chance to win signed boots, shirts and balls - last week the signed F50’s of Messi and Negredo were up for grabs.
