The Nitrocharge Power Pitch - Football News

After scouting the world's best young box-to-box players with the help of Jamie Carragher, De Rossi and Patrick Vieira adidas selected six lads to send to Brazil to prove they are 'The Engine'. In Rio these six lucky players took part in a truly unique game of football against a team of Brazilian engines.

The video above tells their journey from their scouting sessions in their home countries to the final match in Brazil. The players were scouted from six different countries; France, UK, South Korea, Italy, Ecuador and Venezuela. Once chosen by their relevant scout the lucky six were flown to Brazil where they met up, bonded and then took part in the most intense game of their life (see video below).

The Players laced up in their Nitrocharge boots on a unique pitch, where the energy of the game powers the pitch lights. The pitch takes the in-game action and energy from tackles, presses, passes, shots and sprints and uses it to light-up the ground and its surroundings.





Two teams of nitrocharged box-to-box players, we imagine the game was a little bit like when you stick both teams on ultra attacking in FIFA. Football venues don't come much cooler than the Power Pitch and it's the latest chapter of awesome Nitrocharge videos since the release of the new silo.
