The adidas Predator LZ drops its second colourway of 2013 in line with the opening knock-out fixtures of the UEFA Champions League. The new Yellow/Black/Pink colourway keeps the boot in line with this years colour theme of the Champions League, as seen on the Finale 13 match ball.
Expect them to take centre stage across Europe as the tournament progresses. They're the tenth adidas Predator LZ colourway...by our calculations anyway. Yellow colourways have taken the game by storm in recent months. After a short series of more muted designs, these could be the brightest Predator LZ boots to date.
What other colour goes well with yellow and black? Well adidas think it's pink. In common theme with recent Predator LZ releases, adidas have coloured their 'Dribble' and 'Sweet Spot' zones separately to the rest of the boot. Combining with the yellow and black upper, these two zones sit in pink along with the adidas branding on the tongue.
The Predator LZ has some big personalities at the heart of its player roster. Nani, Samir Nasri, Di Maria, De Rossi, and Javi Martinez all headline the list of possible players we could see in the new Yellow/Black/Pink colourway. Steven Gerrard however might turn a blind eye to them!
Designed with five 'lethal zones' to deliver the ultimate performance football shoe, the modern Predator LZ has more than just power and swerve in its repertoire. Featuring five zones of technology combining for efficient ball control, touch, accuracy and power, the new Predator Lethal Zones is one of the games most advanced boots.
The five lethal zones have been designed to master all aspects of the game. The first of the zones to discuss is 'Drive', the zone raised and a thicker 3-D shape on the inside vamp of the boot, which follows the natural shape of the instep to create a rebound effect for greater distance and power.
The new Yellow/Black/Pink adidas Predator LZ football boots are available to pre-order now from selcted online adidas stockists, retailing worldwide for around £160 GBP / €195 EURO / $220 USD.
