After releasing some of the most uniquely colored boots in recent memory, adidas have acknowledged that an 'Anodized Purple' boot might not be to everyone's taste! For their latest release, they've stripped it all back to reveal a classy and clean White/White/Red leather adiZero - a boot that adiZero fans have been crying out for.
It's hard to go wrong with an all white boot. There's certainly a lot to love about the all new White/White/Red adiZero soccer shoes! SoccerBible is your only online destination for exclusive imagery of the new adiZero leather football boots.
The last white-out adiZero came after the 2010 World Cup and disappointingly for some, only came in a synthetic upper. Now, for adidas' second generation F50 adiZero, fans of the boot have been treated to the hugely popular leather speed boot with an all white upper and red studs.
The new White/White/Red leather adiZero football boots are adidas' recognition to their fans. With white-out and black-out boots rarely being worn the top professionals, the subtly branded soccer shoes are a real fan favorite for those not wanting to directly emulate the footwear of Europe's elite.
If we look back to 2010, the original adiZero range was treated to the lightning white/cyan adiZero six months after the shoes introduction to the speed boot market. adidas look to be keeping roughly to the same time line for their boot releases, with the new White/White/Red leather adiZero coming five months after their new-years day release.
White-out and black-out boots are usually reserved for the end of a boots life-cycle. We don't know if this is definitely the case for the new adiZero but if so, we might not be too far away from a third generation adiZero! With images of a sensor-installed adiZero recently being uncovered, who knows what adidas have in line for us!
With a countless list of pro's choosing to wear leather over synthetic, adidas continue to acknowledge the demand for leather speed boots. Besides Lionel Messi, other pro's that wear leather adiZero's include Arjen Robben, Emmanuel Adebayor, David Villa, David Silva and Karim Benzema. The new leather adiZero football boots have become a potent weapon for today's speed merchants who prefer a traditional upper.
The world's lightest leather football boot benefits from a new last unique to the F50 series. You'll notice a wider yet flatter foot-bed which means the studs can be position closer to the outside of the sole. This works to give greater stability to the boot which is an essential part of any speed boot.
The FG plate features the triangular Traxion studs bespoke to the adizero range, placed at strategic positions across the sole unit that aids pressure distribution and are designed to give improved directional grip.
The new White/White/Red adidas F50 leather adiZero football boots will retail worldwide for around £140 GBP/ $200 USD / €165 EURO. They will be available to pre-order next week prior to their official release in early June.
