Avid boot spotters might be reminded of Real Madrid's Mahamadou Diarra who has become famous for wearing a custom pair of Green adidas Predator X football boots.
Much like the previous Electricity Predator colour-way, adidas have released a boot that will get people talking! Adidas maybe took inspiration from the success of the Green adiZero football boots for this new colour-way. We're certainly looking forward to seeing these new boots when they hit pitches across Europe!
As these new Maccaw Green/White/Black adidas Predator X football boots are just a colour update, there have been no tech changes in the boot. The new Predator X boots still feature the revolutionary new upper material developed by adidas called Taurus leather. Combining full grain calf leather, for softness and excellent ball touch and feel, the material has high tearing and high abrasion qualities for a durable yet high-end performance upper.
The adidas Predator X football boots were the first Predators to remove the tongue which was a bold move from adidas to enhance performance. This new fit reduces the material between the ball and foot to give better ball feel, and the new boot collar gives a more secure fit during movement.
The famous adidas Predator technology features all throughout the boot. With the redesigned Predator element completely covering the striking zone with a rubber-silicon mix, the Predator X football boots are the most advanced Predator boots yet! The textured surface and soft compound of the Predator element is placed in an optimal position, providing every shot and pass with the ultimate swerve, control and accuracy in any weather conditions.
To help increase shot power the adidas Predator X football boots feature the Power-spine sole-plate, to minimise energy loss and maximises power. Achieved through transferring shot power directly into the ball, by preventing the feet and metatarsals from over-bending.
Now that you've seen the latest adidas Predator X colour-way, let us know your thoughts. The new Maccaw Green adidas Predator X football boots are expected to be available from the 1st February from around £150.
