The new adidas Predator X football boots have the classic black leather upper, a look synonymous with a range of football boots that have delivered performance at the highest level for over a decade.
The adidas Predator football boots have served the careers of some of great footballers, including David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane, Patrick Vieira, Raul, Michael Ballack, Xavi and Steven Gerrard. And these Black/White/Electricity versions are another great addition to the collection, and the fact they are a more subtle colourway just adds to the class of the boot.
The upper of the new adidas Predator X football boots is made from a
Taurus leather material, so good it persuaded David Beckham to stop wearing a synthetic upper. The new leather material maintains the Predators
comfortable fit, ball touch and feel properties with the added benefit of being more
durable than previous incarnations.
For the Predator X incarnation, adidas radically redesigned the Predator element to
once again deliver exceptional power, swerve and accuracy. Strategically
placed, the Predator element is made from a rubber-silicon mix, and the
textured surface and soft compound creates increased contact time and
incredible friction with the ball.
Featuring a wrap-around boot collar and tongue, the adidas Predator X
Black/White/Electricity has asymmetrical lacing, complimented by a
new "Taperlace" system. The thinner and flatter lacing system combines
with the new wrap around tongue, to reduce any unnecessary material
between the foot and the ball.
As the name suggests, the new innovative PowerSpine technology forms the
spine of the Predator X boot and ensures greater precision and power in
shooting. The PowerSpine manages the foot during ball strike,
preventing over-bending to channel more of the foot's energy and power
into the ball, whilst also reducing the risk of injury.
This version of the Predator definitely puts the foot in closer contact
with the ball for improved ball touch and feel, whilst retaining the key
attributes that have made the adidas Predator famous - power, swerve
and accuracy.
The new Black/White/Electricity adidas Predator X football boots are a subtle
yet classy looking addition to the Predator X range. Available to pre-order now, these Predator football boots are expected to hit the shelves from 1st December for around £150 GBP.
